What is online bill pay and how do I benefit?

Online bill pay is a streamlined version of writing a check. Sunflower Equity in conjunction with eRentpayment.com will send you a friendly e-mail reminder letting you know the rent is due. You can simply use the information on one of your checks to submit the payment. It gives you control over making sure your payment arrives on time to avoid any late fees. No more envelopes, no more stamps, no more hassle.

For your convenience you will have a unique user id and password. Once you are logged into the system you can then look over your account history, send Sunflower Equity an e-mail regarding payment or any other item requiring attention.
